The UK Parliamentary Defence Select Committee published "The Future of the UK's Strategic Nuclear Deterrent: the Strategic Context" on 30th June 2006.
They note that the MOD refused to give evidence to their inquiry, and conclude that not replacing Trident is an option for the government to consider.
