West Berkshire Planning Committee Meeting on AWE CMR Application to be heard in summer holiday period despite a NIS request for a deferment.
The Planning Office advice is that the likely Committee date to consider the CMR application (08/00954/COMIND) is the 13th August 2008. The reason given is that 13 week date for determination is the 26th August 2008 and the application cannot be extended beyond this period due to Central Government Performance targets.
