*Mr. Hancock:* To ask the Secretary of State for Defence pursuant to the answer of 17 June 2008, /Official Report,/ column 849W, on berths, if he will list those berths with safety plans in place as specified in the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001 which are available to nuclear powered submarines in /(a)/ the UK and /(b)/ overseas.
